///////////////VCRendererDX9 Beta v0.2////////////////////////////

This is the highly anticipated second beta release for the custom GTA Vice City renderer. Built from scratch to push the game’s graphics without compromising engine stability, this project continues to focus on genuine engine-level performance, custom shader logic, and clean, optimized implementation.

What’s New in v0.2 (The Second Beta):
Tree Shadows: Fixed the projection geometry; tree shadows are now correctly shaped.

Reflections Upgrade: Enhanced specular-shadow interaction for a much more natural, reflective look.

Visual Overhaul: Significant adjustments to light falloff and color grading for a modern, high-fidelity aesthetic.

Key Features:
Dynamic Per-Pixel Lighting: Smart shader-based lighting that mimics modern rendering without the heavy cost of deferred pipelines.

Optimized Logic: Custom calculations to maintain stable FPS, prioritizing efficiency over bloated code.

Shadow System: Currently utilizing a high-quality single shadow pass (non-cascaded) for maximum stability.

Development Roadmap:
Cascaded Shadows: In development—an optimized cascade system is coming in a future update.

Volumetric Fog: A custom atmospheric system is currently being integrated.

Ambient Occlusion (AO): Further depth-enhancements planned.

Beta Notice:
This is the second build—expect minor rendering quirks as I refine the custom culling logic.

Note: This project is for users who understand early-access development. If you are here to report actual crashes or bugs, your feedback is highly appreciated. If you are only here to complain about minor unfinished parts, this isn't for you.

Compatibility:
Game Version: 1.0 supported.

Graphics Cards: Optimized for NVIDIA (AMD support is currently not available).

How to Install:
Move all files directly into your game directory.
